sedation dentistry in charlotte nc Comfortable Dentistry at Harlow Dental

We understand that many people have some form of fear or anxiety when thinking about dental treatment. At Harlow Dental, we pride ourselves on making our procedures comfortable and pain-free. Ask Dr. Harlow about nitrous oxide gas (laughing gas) and anti-anxiety oral pills that help create a relaxed environment so Dr. Harlow can treat your dental needs. Depending on your medical history, if you've had bad experiences that make you nervous at the dentist, oral sedation dentistry may be right for you!

Are these methods safe?

Both of these methods of sedation are perfectly safe. Nitrous oxide is breathed in through a mask, much like oxygen. Its effects are felt immediately, putting you in a relaxed, almost euphoric state throughout your treatment. Once the mask is pulled off, the effects of the nitrous leave your system very quickly. You will feel completely normal in just a few moments, and you are fine to drive yourself back home or to work.

If you opt for oral sedation, we will give you a prescription for a pill to take an hour or two before your appointment. By the time you get into the dental chair, you will be relaxed and much less anxious. Because this type of medication lingers in your system, you will need to arrange a ride to and from your appointment.

family dentistry in charlotte nc We Offer Dental Services for the Entire Family!

Yes, we do.

At Harlow Dental at Steele Creek, we love kids! We will treat most children (depending on their behavior) at their first dental visit. We look forward to treating your entire family for many years to come, from the youngest member to the most mature.

We encourage you to bring your child to the dentist as early as age one to evaluate baby tooth eruption patterns and discuss pediatric oral health tips. As children get older, we can teach them proper brushing and flossing techniques.

Visiting the dentist at an early age also helps children get accustomed to sitting in the dental chair. Kids who start going to the dentist early in life also tend to have less fear of the dentist as they grow into adults.

We believe that treating children early and getting them started on the path to a lifetime of good oral health is critical for a lifetime of good oral health.

Regular childhood preventive care also helps kids avoid a number of all-too-common dental problems. For instance, we offer dental sealants for kids, a painless and noninvasive process we recommend around the time a child’s six-year molars erupt. Dental sealants help prevent decay-causing bacteria from forming on the back teeth. We also offer fluoride treatment for children as well as adults. Give us a call today to book a cleaning!

dental xrays | charlotte nc dentistMany patients wonder if dental x-rays are safe and necessary, and the answer to both questions is yes. At Harlow Dental at Steele Creek, we utilize digital x-rays because they expose our patients to 80 percent less radiation than traditional film x-rays taken in the past. They are also immediately available so that Dr. Harlow can make the earliest possible diagnosis resulting in less invasive procedures.

Our Dental X-Ray Recommendation

Bite-wing x-rays are recommended once per year. This gives us a baseline and a good look at what's going on internally with your teeth. Generally, four to six x-rays will show changes between your teeth and two exams per year with Dr. Harlow will ensure you are at optimal oral health. Every three to five years, a full mouth series of 18 x-rays are taken to maintain a full updated record of your mouth.

Digital x-rays are not just safer for our patients, they are also less harmful to the environment since they require no chemicals for development. They are also easy to transfer and share with other providers who may be involved with your healthcare.

sensitive teeth in charlotte nc We Can Help Your Sensitive Teeth

Everyone has tooth sensitivity from time to time. However, some people have more pain. There are a variety of factors that contribute to sensitive teeth like genetics, thinner enamel, acid erosion, and even brushing too hard. An exam can help figure out which factor is most responsible, and Dr. Harlow and his staff can help remedy your situation.

Often, using a toothpaste or mouth rinse designed for sensitivity can help alleviate your discomfort. However, in some cases, tooth sensitivity could be indicating a more significant problem like decay, a cavity, or even gum disease. Tooth sensitivity is sometimes a precursor to a tooth infection, so please don't ignore it.

Often, a thorough professional cleaning may be all that's needed to get your teeth feeling comfortable again; however, in some situations, Dr. Harlow may need to recommend treatment such as a dental filling or crown to eliminate tooth decay and restore your tooth to health and comfort again.

Dentist reading dental x-ray | dentist pineville ncWe want to provide our patients with the best possible dental care. To that end, we will perform a visual examination of your mouth.

A visual exam, however, does not tell us everything we need to know about your oral health. Often when dental issues start, they start small. X-rays are an essential diagnostic tool that enables us to see areas of your mouth that are not visible to the naked eye during a routine examination.

With dental x-rays, we can see the tiniest bit of decay on your tooth before it can be seen in an examination. An x-ray allows us to see the extent of the decay below the surface of the tooth.

X-rays also enable us to see the roots of your teeth as well as the jawbone below.

How often do I need x-rays?

For most patients, we take dental x-rays once every year as part of your oral healthcare routine. Since we use digital radiographs, patients can rest assured that x-rays are safe, with negligible exposure to radiation. Dental x-rays are safe for all ages.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, however, please let us know so we can discuss whether it makes sense to take x-rays at that particular time.

Woman filling out forms | Dentist Charlotte NCNavigating your dental insurance coverage can be complicated, and we will do whatever we can to ensure you can maximize your benefits. Please make sure to bring your dental insurance card to your dental appointment so we have the company contact information.

Insurance won't cover it?

For those treatments that might not be covered under your insurance policy, we offer a number of other options for payment. These include credit and debit cards, as well as third-party financing.

We also offer an in-office savings plan that includes two cleanings and examinations each year for $250. It also provides a discount on minor or major procedures with no annual maximum or waiting periods, which you often find with traditional insurance plans. See our financial page here.

Woman getting dental x-ray | dentist pineville ncWe Will Do Everything We Can to Keep You Comfortable!

This is a common question asked by many dental patients at our Charlotte, NC dental office.

We realize that most people do not enjoy their time in the dental chair, but we believe you will be pleasantly surprised by how comfortable you will be while you are here in our office.

We use a local anesthetic to ensure your procedure is virtually pain-free. If your anxiety about dental treatment is really high, we offer nitrous oxide as a way to help you relax. We don't want nervousness to keep you from getting the dental care you need and deserve.

These details will help ensure that you are comfortable during the entire procedure. You will hear some of the typical dental sounds and you might feel a bit of pressure depending on the procedure. That, along with the occasional spray of water, should be the only sensations you will experience.

We also believe that knowledge is power, so we are very clear on exactly what your treatment will entail so you know what to expect before you even sit in the dental chair. If you are looking for a dental cleaning and exam, give us a call.

Crowns and Bridges

dental crowns in charlotte nc Get a Dental Crown at Harlow Dental

Getting a dental crown is a process that usually requires two visits to our Charlotte dental office spaced about two to three weeks apart. The first visit involves preparation and planning, and the second involves delivery, adjustment, and placement of your new crown.

During the first visit, Dr. Harlow alters the shape of your tooth to accommodate your new crown. Next, we take impressions that we use to design a model of the tooth we’re treating as well as the temporary that you will wear while your new crown is being custom-crafted.

At this time, Dr. Harlow will also consult with you to choose a shade for your dental restoration that will blend in with the rest of your smile.

We then send the tooth model, along with our color specifications, to a dental lab that fabricates your new crown.

It usually takes about two weeks to get your final crown back from the lab. We’ll schedule a second dental appointment so we can check the restoration for fit and make adjustments as necessary so that it doesn’t interfere with the way you chew and speak. The final step involves polishing the tooth crown and attaching it securely onto your tooth.

Care for Your Dental Crowns!

dental crowns in charlotte nc Dental crowns are a prosthetic that Dr. Harlow might recommend for any of several reasons. Most commonly, we use crowns when too much of a tooth has been compromised to protect it with a filling.

Getting a dental crown in Charlotte, NC takes two to three weeks, from design to placement on your tooth. Properly cared for, a well-placed crown can give you ten years of service or more.

What does proper care for a dental crown involve?

  • Brush twice a day, floss once: Your crown can’t get a cavity, but the tooth beneath it can, and you can also develop gum disease.
  • Avoid foods that can damage your crown: The material we use for tooth crowns is very durable, but it’s not indestructible. Hard crusty bread, crunchy crackers, nuts, and popcorn are just a few foods you need to avoid when you have a crown.
  • Visit our dentist every six months: Your six-month dental exams and cleanings go a long way toward keeping your teeth and gums healthy. They also allow Dr. Harlow to check on the condition of dental work like crowns to make sure they’re stable and secure.

We’re pleased to custom-craft beautiful, durable dental crowns for our Charlotte, NC patients and follow it up with the support they need to keep their smiles healthy. Please call us to schedule your next dental appointment.

dental crowns in charlotte nc The purpose of a root canal is to remove the infected pulp from deep within your tooth. The process involves removing all traces of infection and then placing a rubber-like material called gutta-percha in the hollowed-out space to protect the tooth’s structure.

After a root canal, the structure of the tooth is now stable but more fragile and prone to fracture. For this reason, Dr. Harlow almost always recommends placing a dental crown on grinding teeth like molars and premolars that absorb a lot of chewing force.

Not all teeth will need a dental crown after a root canal at our Charlotte dental office, but every tooth needs some kind of restoration to protect it. You may not need a dental crown on a front tooth, but you will need a filling placed to reinforce its structure.

At Harlow Dental, we offer comprehensive dentistry that includes procedures like root canals, dental crowns, tooth fillings, and much more. You can count on Dr. Harlow to recommend the solution you need and explain how it will benefit your long-term oral health.

Dental Implants

image of an animated dental implantMissing Teeth? You Might Need Implants!

If you are missing one or more teeth, you might have been researching dental implants as a replacement option. Many people who come to our Steele Creek, NC practice asking about dental implants want to know whether or not they qualify for them.

The best way to find out for sure if you qualify is to visit the dentist. Dr. Harlow can conduct a thorough examination to find out if your bone is strong enough to support dental implants.

Some of the reasons people may not be eligible for dental implants include:

  • Bone loss. If you have been missing teeth for a while, your bone may have already deteriorated to the point where it cannot support dental implants.
  • Smoking. Although this habit may not disqualify you from getting dental implants, it will significantly reduce the probability of success. Smoking impairs your body’s ability to heal properly, and this can impact the healing process of dental implants.
  • Chemotherapy. If you have ever undergone radiation treatment for cancer, this might impair the ability of your jawbone to bond with the implants. Depending on when you had the chemotherapy, your body might also have a more difficult time healing from the dental implant procedure.

Be sure to talk to your dentist about any of these conditions when seeking advice about dental implants. Often these can be overcome with specific treatment and proper planning.

dental implants in charlotte nc When you invest in anything, you want to protect that investment, so it lasts a good long time. This is true of an investment in your oral health when you opt for dental implants as a tooth replacement option. The good news is that caring for dental implants is easy, so if you do it right, your dental investment can last a long time—possibly for the rest of your life.

What actions do I need to consider?

If you practiced good oral hygiene at home before your dental implant, you simply need to continue that after your implant is in place. Brush twice a day—or after each meal—and floss once a day, preferably before bedtime. Although your dental implant cannot develop decay like your natural tooth, maintaining your gum health is crucial to maintaining your dental implant.

Be sure to visit your Charlotte, NC dentist Harlow Dental twice each year to have your dental implants checked over and to have your teeth cleaned. Dr. Harlow will also continue to monitor your gum health to ensure your implant is not compromised.

If you are wondering if dental implants are right for you, don’t hesitate to give us a call to make an appointment for a consultation. Find out more about this life-changing tooth replacement option. Call us today!

dental implants in charlotte nc Dental Implants Can Last a Lifetime!

Dental implants are designed to last a long time—in fact, they can last a lifetime with proper care. For this reason, they are an investment well worth making for most people.

Dental implants are made up of three components:

  • The implant itself, which takes the place of the tooth root. This is a titanium post that is surgically placed into the jawbone. After a period of three to six months, the post will integrate into the bone through a process called osseointegration.
  • The abutment, which is the attachment on the dental implant that holds the dental crown, or replacement tooth, in place.
  • The crown, which is the ceramic tooth that attaches to the abutment. It looks and functions very much like your natural tooth.

The abutment and crown, both of which are exposed because they are above the gumline, are at the most risk of becoming damaged. It’s crucial to maintain good oral health with proper home care and regular visits to the dentist for checkups and cleanings.

To find out more about dental implants, call our Steele Creek practice Harlow Dental. Dr. Justin Harlow can answer all your questions and determine whether you are a good candidate.

If you have a missing tooth, you may feel overwhelmed by all the tooth replacement options that are available. But with today’s modern dental technology, your dentist in Charlotte, NC has a solution for every lifestyle and budget.woman smiling with dental implants in charlotte nc

Dental Implants

Dental implants provide a long-term treatment for replacing one or more missing teeth. Not only do implants look natural and last for many years, your artificial tooth will never move or shift because the implant has “roots” in your jawbone.

The most important benefit of dental implants in Charlotte, NC is that they prevent bone loss and actually stimulate bone growth in your jaw. After your dentist places a medical-grade post in your jaw where the tooth used to be, the post fuses with your existing bone. This process triggers your body to produce more bone rather than reabsorb it, which happens without a tooth present.

Dental Crowns

Dental crowns complete the dental implant restoration, allowing your tooth to function normally when chewing and speaking and helping you feel confident about your smile.

Dental Bridges

Another option for tooth replacement is a dental bridge, which is an artificial tooth suspended between two natural teeth. Dental bridges are also very stable, because the two adjacent teeth anchor them firmly in place.

today to learn more about tooth replacement options!

Image of a dental implantReceiving a dental implant requires a number of steps that take place over a period of several months. Typically, the first step is a dental exam performed by Dr. Harlow at our Charlotte, NC dental practice. He will be able to assess whether or not your jawbone is healthy enough to support dental implants without further treatment such as bone grafting.

Once you are approved for dental implants, your dentist will start by placing the dental implant's titanium post directly into the jawbone during a routine surgical procedure. You should experience only mild discomfort during your recovery time.

What will the recovery phase be like?

Your jawbone will need to heal for approximately three months, although the recovery period sometimes lasts as long as six months. During this time, the implant will permanently integrate into place. After the healing process is complete, your dentist will place the abutment onto the implant. This is where the replacement for the visible portion of the tooth — the dental crown — will be attached. At this point, if your jawbone is completely healed, the dental crown is attached to the abutment, and the surgical steps are completed.

Dental implants are considered the best replacement for missing teeth, and with proper care, you can expect your dental implants to last for a lifetime.

Be sure to contact us with any questions and to schedule an appointment!

Image of patient with questionsNatural Looking Implants at Harlow Dental

The short answer to this question is that nothing comes as close to your natural teeth as a dental implant. Because the dental implant replaces the natural tooth root in the jawbone, these permanent tooth replacements look and function very much like the tooth it is replacing.

There are other benefits to dental implants:

  • Because the dental implant integrates with the jawbone, it protects you from bone loss. Without a dental implant to take the place of a missing tooth root, the jawbone will deteriorate because the body no longer sends nutrients to the area. This is why people who have their missing teeth replaced with dentures develop a “sunken-in” look to their face over time.
  • There are no eating restrictions with dental implants. You can chew all of your favorite crunchy vegetables and juicy steaks without worry. Unlike with dentures, which can move and shift, you will have no concerns about speaking and laughing either.
  • Dental implants are built to last a long time—a lifetime, for many people—with proper care. Caring for dental implants is no different than caring for your natural teeth: brush, floss, and see your dentist twice a year for cleanings and checkups.

tooth extractions in charlotte nc Changes occur in your mouth after tooth extraction, so you need to understand how to care for yourself after the procedure, so you have a successful recovery. Dr. Harlow usually provides Charlotte patients with the following instructions after tooth extraction.

Watch out for numbness: You’ll be given a local anesthetic to numb your mouth, and the sensation will last for several hours after your procedure. Take care not to accidentally bite your cheek and don’t plan on eating until after the numbness wears off.

  • Control bleeding: Dr. Harlow will place a gauze pack on the extraction site, and you should bite down on it for 30 to 45 minutes after you leave our office. The gauze minimizes bleeding and also helps the blood clot to form. If the site still bleeds after you remove the gauze pack, replace it. Repeat the process until bleeding stops.
  • Protect the clot: The blood clot that forms on the extraction site in the first 24 hours is part of the normal healing process, so do your best not to disturb it. Avoid sucking actions like smoking a cigarette or using a straw as these can dislodge the clot. Don’t rinse your mouth vigorously and avoid alcohol until the clot forms.
  • Oral hygiene – You can brush and floss your other teeth, but don’t disturb the extraction site or the teeth around it.

If you think you need to have a tooth extraction, call our Charlotte, NC, and schedule an appointment so we can help you.

Porcelain Veneers

porcelain veneers in charlotte nc Veneers are Meant to Last a Lifetime!

Yes, veneers are a permanent dental treatment because some of the surfaces of the tooth must be removed to make room for the veneers. Once your dentist cements the veneers into place, they cannot be removed. Although some people might see this as a disadvantage of the procedure, there are many advantages to this cosmetic dental treatment.

  • Veneers can fix a multitude of dental problems in just a couple of trips to the dentist. In just a matter of weeks, your smile can go from dull to dazzling with the application of porcelain veneers.
  • Veneers can camouflage misaligned, stained, or damaged teeth, as well as teeth that look too short or have gaps.
  • Veneers are long-lasting and durable, and with proper care, you can expect your veneers to last for a decade or more.
  • Veneers are resistant to stains, so your white and bright smile will stay that way.
  • Most people who enjoy good oral health and have healthy gums make good candidates for veneers.

If you have additional questions about porcelain veneers or cosmetic dentistry in the Charlotte area, we invite you to contact Harlow Dental. Dr. Justin Harlow will be happy to talk to you about procedures to make your smile one you love to show the world!

Porcelain veneers are a versatile cosmetic dental treatment that can transform your smile in just two office visits. Dr. Justin Harlow goes to great lengths to customize porcelain veneers in Charlotte that deliver such natural-looking results that all anyone will ever notice is your beautiful smile!

A veneer is a wafer-thin shell of tooth-shaped porcelain that is customized to sit on the front of a tooth. Because they create a new surface, we use veneers to conceal all sorts of aesthetic flaws that detract from the beauty of your smile:

  • Conceal cracked or broken teeth
  • Resolve spacing issues
  • Hide stained or discolored teeth
  • Improve the shape or size of a tooth
  • Conceal slightly crooked teeth

We can use a single veneer, several veneers, or a full set to help you achieve your goal of a perfectly proportioned, symmetrical smile. Dr. Harlow will listen carefully to your concerns so he can understand what aesthetic improvements you would like to make to your smile.

During your veneers appointment at our Charlotte dental office, we may determine that another treatment may be more appropriate. Whatever plan we come up with, you can be confident that it will be personalized for your one-of-a-kind smile and will take all your unique needs into account.

The first step is to call Harlow Dental Steele Creek or Harlow Dental 7th Street to schedule an appointment. We look forward to helping you achieve the smile of your dreams!

The one thing that problems like chipped, stained, and crooked teeth have in common is that they can all be resolved with porcelain veneers. Since a veneer is a tooth-shaped shell of porcelain that sits on the surface of your tooth, our cosmetic dentist uses them to conceal numerous aesthetic smile flaws.

The first step is an appointment with Dr. Harlow to determine if veneers are the solution you need or if another treatment would be a better choice. If we decide that veneers are the right solution for your smile, we will schedule two appointments to plan and place your veneers at our Charlotte dental office.

During the first, our cosmetic dentist needs to prepare your teeth. Since porcelain veneers add bulk, we need to remove some enamel from each tooth so that they sit naturally along your gum line and blend evenly with surrounding teeth. Dr. Harlow then takes impressions and works with you to choose a shade for your veneers to match your smile.

We send all these specifications to a custom dental lab that fabricates your veneers, which takes about two weeks.

When we receive your new porcelain veneers back from the lab, you’ll return for the second appointment at our Charlotte dental office. Dr. Harlow will check them for fit, adjust them as necessary, and bond the veneers securely to your teeth. The result is a bright, beautiful, symmetrical appearance and a look that’s so natural that no one will ever suspect you’ve had any dental work done.

Do you have smile flaws and want to see if porcelain veneers are right for you? Call Harlow Dental, and we’ll be happy to schedule an appointment to get started.

Root canals stop pain and sensitivity in teeth that are deeply decayed, infected, or have sustained trauma. Rather than having pain during or after the procedure, you’ll probably have less pain!

What Happens During a Root Canal Procedure

During the root canal procedure, your dentist will use a local anesthesia to numb the area around the affected tooth. You shouldn’t feel any pain during the procedure, but if you do, let your dentist know.

Next, your dentist will access the inner pulp of the tooth through a small hole in the top. Using special instruments, the dentist cleans out all bacteria and infected tissue and seals the tooth so that no more bacteria can enter. A dental crown completes the restoration and extends the life of your tooth for years to come.

Teeth Whitening

image of a patient about to get teeth whitening charlotte ncYes, professional teeth whitening treatments in our Charlotte, NC dental office work beautifully!

At Harlow Dental, our patients love our teeth whitening treatments because we rely on the ZOOM! Whitening System. This is simply the best whitening system that we have ever used, and we’re confident that you’ll be pleased with the results.

What is ZOOM! Whitening?

The ZOOM! Whitening System is a quick way to achieve a whiter smile, and it begins with tooth and gum preparation. Following preparation, we apply prescription strength gel to your teeth. This gel is better by far than anything you might pick up in your local store.

After gel placement, ultraviolet lights help remove stubborn stains, lifting the discoloration away from your tooth’s enamel.

The ZOOM! Whitening System is so powerful that your teeth continue to whiten even days after you’ve left our dental office.

Additionally, our team at Harlow Dental provides you with a custom dental tray and whitening gel to take home. With this system, you can periodically whiten your teeth on your own time, too.

Tooth-Colored Fillings

dental fillings in charlotte nc Tooth-colored fillings are an excellent treatment for cavities—they are matched to the shade of your existing teeth and blend in seamlessly with your smile.

At Harlow Dental at Steele Creek, we also use this dental material for other uses. One of the most popular applications for this all-purpose substance is dental bonding. Dental bonding is a cosmetic dental treatment that allows Dr. H. Justin Harlow and Dr. Leon Lester to fix a wide range of smile flaws such as chipped teeth, stubborn enamel stains, gaps between teeth, enamel wear-and-tear, oddly shapen teeth, and much more.

Why Our Charlotte Patients Love Dental Bonding

Dental bonding is an accessible, non-invasive, cost-effective, and speedy cosmetic treatment. Unlike porcelain veneers, which require altering the tooth and can take weeks to complete, dental bonding can be done in one visit to Harlow Dental at 7th Street.

Since dental bonding is much quicker and doesn't require a dental lab, it is more economical and convenient. Your cosmetic dentist can match the composite resin to match your existing tooth shade precisely before applying it to the tooth and shaping it. After the tooth-colored resin has cured and hardened, it will be indistinguishable from the rest of your smile.

tooth colored fillings in charlotte ncTooth-colored fillings possess many distinct advantages over traditional amalgam (silver) fillings.

The most obvious advantage—and the reason that Charlotte patients and cosmetic dentists love them over amalgam fillings–is that they are carefully shaded to match the rest of your natural tooth enamel precisely so that no one can ever tell the difference. This might be a benefit for patients who need to fill a highly visible cavity.

Cavities are holes in your tooth that need to be sealed in order to prevent harmful bacteria from entering and causing infection. Tooth-colored fillings fulfill and essential oral health functions in style.

White composite fillings don't require Dr. Harlow or Dr. Lester to prep your tooth as much as silver fillings. Amalgam fillings require a larger space in order to hold the filling in place. Resin fillings are pliable and can be applied to the tooth in layers until they are cured and hardened—at which point they bind with your enamel. This allows your cosmetic dentist to remove less of your natural tooth structure, keeping it secure and healthy.

The Benefits of Composite Resin

Metal material tends to expand and contract due to changes in temperature, which can increase the risk of the filling becoming loose or falling out.

Tooth-colored fillings look and feel natural, keep your natural tooth structure intact, and take less time to place. What's not to love?

The Tooth-Colored Filling Process Is Simple and Reliablewoman with tooth colored fillings in charlotte nc

When it comes to cavities, Dr. Harlow and Dr. Lester take the proper steps to administer a local anesthetic to make sure that your tooth is numb, so you don't feel anything.

Once we've established that you're relaxed and cozy, we'll start by removing any infected or decayed parts of your tooth. Traditional metal or silver fillings typically require that we remove a more significant portion of your tooth, but composite resin's putty-like properties allow us to preserve more of your healthy tooth.

Once your general dentist is satisfied that there are no harmful agents left behind in the tooth, we start the process of cleaning and sterilizing it. Tooth-colored fillings are applied in thin layers that are cured and hardened before we apply the next one. That way, we give the filling time to bond to the surface of your tooth and be held securely.

After the area has been cleaned and sterilized, we'll start applying the filling in layers, curing each layer as it is applied. This allows the material to bond with your tooth, holding it in place securely and significantly reducing the risk of the filling falling out later. Once the process is complete, it's secured and bonded. We shade the white filling to match your existing teeth, so once we're done, you won't even be able to tell the difference!
