Dr. H. Justin Harlow, DDS
Dr. Justin Harlow is a Charlotte, NC based family and cosmetic dentist and owner of Harlow Dental Group, the city's largest Black-owned general dentistry practice with three practice locations. Originally from Atlanta, GA, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Anthropology & Human Biology from Emory University (spring 2007 initiate thru the Mu Alpha Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha) and later earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry in 2014. While passionate about oral healthcare, Dr. Harlow is also a dedicated public servant, having been formerly elected to the Charlotte City Council representing District 2 (NW Charlotte). During his council tenure, he chaired the Housing & Neighborhood Development committee and was a member of the Economic Development committee.
Since leaving public office, he’s served in a variety of civic roles. Currently, he is serving a 4 year term as a Trustee to the Metropolitan Public Transportation Authority and is the Vice Chair of its Finance & Audit committee, helping oversee a $600 million annual budget. From 2021-2024, he was appointed by Mayor Vi Lyles to lead Charlotte’s Neighborhood Equity and Stabilization Commission, where he helped secure over $130 million in anti-displacement reforms from the City. His deep civic roots include past roles serving as President of the Biddleville-Smallwood Community Organization, board member of Charlotte Center City Partners, and as a Life Member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
His colleagues have voted for him as one of Charlotte Magazine's Top Dentists since 2020. Dr. Harlow loves sports and traveling. He resides in the Steele Creek community of Charlotte with his wife, Kiara, and their three sons ages 10, 8 and 6.

Dr. Arielle Norris, DDS
Dr. Arielle Norris is a general dentist originally from Denton, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in biology from Xavier University of Louisiana in New Orleans, Louisiana. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the Texas A&M College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. As a general dentist, Dr. Norris provides dental care for patients of all ages. Her skill set includes oral surgery, root canals, veneers, crown and bridge, and dental implants. Dr. Norris is also a certified Invisalign® Preferred Provider, helping patients receive orthodontic treatment to straighten teeth without the use of the typical metal braces.
Dr. Norris enjoys perfecting her craft through numerous continuing education classes. Dr. Norris is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the nation’s largest dental association, representing more than 161,000 dentist members.
In her spare time, Dr. Norris enjoys spending time with her husband or blowing off steam jogging around the many beautiful greenways in Charlotte.
