Patient Safety Information

At Harlow Dental, we are taking extra steps to keep you safe from COVID-19. Here are a few things we are doing to show that we infection control and safety standards are a priority.

Our team members are taking extra steps to keep you safe from COVID-19 while you are here.

  • Screenings: All patients and team members receive a temperature screening prior to entering our offices and are required to answer our ADA COVID-19 Screening Form.
  • Clean facilities: We are disinfecting public areas and removing all materials from our waiting areas that cannot be disinfected.
  • NEW personal protective equipment (PPE): While we have always worn gloves and surgical masks, but now, all team members are wearing KN95 masks, face shields, and full gowns.
  • Masks for patients: All patients are asked to wear a mask or facial cloth over their face while in the clinic to reduce the spread of infection.
  • Parking lot check in: To encourage social distancing and limit the amount of people in our waiting areas, we are asking that all patients with appointments you text or call the office when you arrive for your appointment and our team member will come screen you at your car before entering the office.
  • Social Distancing: We are no longer allowing guests or family members to join patients in the wait room or treatment rooms unless the patient is a minor.
